Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 3:00 pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, will usually be dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm, or during weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Methods & Times
We offer the following delivery options within Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales):

Shipping Costs
Delivery charges depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout. Occasionally, for bulky items such as framesets or complete bikes, there may be a surcharge—if so, we will notify you before confirming your order.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email containing your tracking number and a link so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
If any issue arises (for instance, a delay with the courier), we’ll be in touch immediately to let you know and propose a solution.
