UK & International: Returns / Exchanges

At Roman, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products, but if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return / exchange your goods. You have 28 days of receipt to return / exchange an item for a refund.

All returns will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned products and refunded in-line with our terms and conditions.

If you purchased your Roman bike via one of our dealer stores and wish to return please contact them directly to discuss.

We do not exchange international items.

Faulty Goods

All items sold on our website or in store have with a warranty period. If you are experiencing any problems with products bought from Roman please do not hesitate to contact us.
